Diana has over a decade of experience in the mental health field in various settings, including mental health hospitals, correctional settings, public school settings, and community-based organizations. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and their families toward hope and healing through resiliency strategies using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and The Family Stress and Resiliency Theoretical Framework model. For the past several years, she has worked as a mental health counselor in Delaware's elementary and middle school settings. Areas of expertise:  Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorders, Grief, Trauma, Special Education, Individual Education Plans, 504 plans, Mindfulness. Client Base:  Ages 5-18.
